Interior Architecture. A 30-story, 378-unit luxury residential tower in Manhattan's Lower East Side, scope spans the full-building amenity program, including the lobby, resident lounges, co-working spaces, rooftop pool deck, gym, and apartment units across 330,000 square feet.
